Placing an Order

All prices are in Canadian Funds.  Products available via the online shopping cart are only available within Canada.  Quotes can be requested from the U.S and arrangements made on an individual basis.

Many other models are available via a quote request, email or phone call.  These products include multi-functional photocopiers, wide-format printers, fax machines, scanners and shredders.  Click here to see our full product line.  

Order Methods

Orders can be places using one of the following methods:

• Request a quote online.  You will be contacted by one of our locations.  Click here to request a quote.
• Order online by using our secure online shopping cart.   
• Contact us via email or telephone.  Click here for contact information.
• If you are a current customer who owns, rents or leases equipment from us, supply orders for items such as toner and ink can be placed via our e-info login page.  If these customers have pre-approved credit, billing terms are net 30 days.  Click here to log into e-info.

Shipping

• Orders placed via our secure online shopping cart have a set charge of $12.00 and are available only within Canada.
• Purchases made as a result of a quote request will be treated on an individual basis
• Orders placed via e-info will comply with the agreements currently in place between the appropriate Gold location and their customer.

Taxes

• All orders within Canada include GST unless appropriate documentation is supplied by the customer, indicating that they are exempt.
• Orders within the shipping province are subject to PST unless appropriate documentation is supplied by the customer indicating that they are exempt.
• Orders shipped from one province to another are exempt from PST as per current PST regulations.
• Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to additional duty and taxes, to be paid by the customer upon receipt of delivery.

Terms and Conditions

• Upon authorization by a Gold representative, certain product may be returnable with a 20% restocking fee.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during return shipment.  
• Refunds will be processed via the same method as billing or payment occurred.
